The human race can trace back its ancestry to those who made a living off of hunting and gathering. Technology has changed the human race by elevating the need for white collar work, which requires a small amount of physical activity and is more knowledge based. This includes jobs such as lawyers, doctors, accountants, and engineers. Blue-collar work, which requires a large amount of physical activity, is dying out due to the replacement of robotic labor. An example of this would be an automotive factory where machines, instead of factory employees, put car parts together. The machines take most of the work load from the employees so they don't have to do as much physical labor. Because the demand for white-collar work is so high, it is important to get at least hour of exercise each day. This is proven to manage major health problems such as depression anxiety, and coordination.
